Confidential client information is NEVER disclosed to any individual or organisation without prior written consent from the client or unless required to do so under law, in which case, the client would immediately be notified.
It is a compulsory requirement that all our transcriptionists enter into and sign our Confidentiality Agreement prior to commencing employment. A copy of this can be provided on request. |
