The following rates are a guideline and will assist you in estimating the cost of your work. To obtain an accurate quote (including assessing whether you qualify for a reduced rate) please fully complete the Quotation Request form. Please also view our Terms and Conditions for payment terms.

Average turnaround time is a guideline only. Completion times are also dependent on the size of the project and quality of recordings.  Add 10% if work is to be completed within 24 hours
 
Payment
We accept payment via Paypal or bank to bank transfer (BACS). Once we have completed your transcript you will receive an invoice from us via email. The invoice will contain all the information you will need to pay via paypal, credit card or a bank to bank transfer. A 4% surcharge applies on all paypal payments.  All invoices are to be paid within 14 days from date of issue.  VAT is not applicable.

Minimum Order
Please note that there is a minimum order charge of £5.
Transcription Times
As a guideline it takes one hour to transcribe 15 minutes of recorded speech and therefore takes approximately 4 hours to transcribe a one hour recording.
